Considering his background and what he represents, he is certainly a problem... for totalitarians, fascists, and other evildoers who seek to control the population by imposing punitive measures for things which are not truly criminal.
If George Soros was truly trying to take power in every country where this same story is in the press, he would have to be the richest, most influential man in the world.
Exactly the kind of guy the Right loves. But he's not, and that almost automatically means he's working for a better thing.

Did he very become an American? There is such an easy way for him to get what he wants, just go back to Hungary where he was born and buy that government.

As a former member of the Carlyle Group, he RAN America. But he also had the ethics to realize a departure was necessary.
If fighting the Soviet Union and apartheid, as well as working against the Myanmar government, and being highly critical of Israels' occupation and abuse of the Palestinian people is EVIL, we certainly need more of these evil people, and to listen to them more closely.
With this background, of course he is an invocation of evil by the neocon(vict)s.

George Soros called defeating President Bush "the central focus of my life" and a "matter of life and death."
Is this the best solution for replacing the corrupt people in Congress and higher, I surely hope not.

If Soros is capable of everything this article attributes to him, we might as well pack up and go home, he is already the most powerful man in the world.
This is just a vitriolic smokescreen from neocons who want to deflect attention from their own efforts to take over the world.
I find it interesting that the article chastises Soros for spending $140 million of his own money on his causes. Bush is spending much more than that of OUR money (he never made any of his own, yet he's an expert at frittering away everyone else's) on things more than half of us don't believe in.
