So choking feels good now? That sounds pretty troubling. Being a teen and hearing this is even more amazing because with all the drugs out there this seems to be the most dangerous thing period.

huh, this is the first time, unfortunately, I've heard of this game, but it really isn't all that new, well, the extreme part of the suffocation, I remember as a noobteen[many, many yrs ago], doin the holding of the breath till we turned blue, but geesh, hang myself, nope never that whacked, nor my friends.

Dang just another example of my failures as a parent, I never told my children, don't hang yourself it's bad for you, better go tell them not to run head first into brick walls while I'm thinking of it.

I agree with the author that this topic need to be discussed in school, by someone trained to relate to children. There is nothing more tragic than the senseless death of a child.
Unfortunately, many young boys tend to think that they are ten ft. tall and bullet proof. I guess it's the video game culture and the result of too much free time. In any case, this is an issue that needs to be addressed. Good article.
