Saw Mr Sharpton on Hannity/Colmes show saying he was out to clean up Rap music. Let's see if he goes after that like he did Don Imus. Even Alan Colmes said he felt they, Sharpton/Jackson and gang went over board with the punishment for Imus. I don't like Imus but feel they should have forgiven him as did the basketball team and give him a strict warning, one more and your fired. Imus is a jerk, rude and a mouthy idiot but in my humble opinion their is a double standard in the world of the PC.

Even if Sharpton goes after rap musicians with GREATER effort than he did Imus, he won't have anywhere near the same effect. Rap musicians aren't as afraid of bad publicity as are network executives. Indeed, the rappers thrive on bad PR - keeping it real, they call it.
