JERUSALEM, May 11 ââ;¬" In the worst factional violence in nearly two months, Hamas and Fatah gunmen shot at each other today in the Gaza Strip, wounding at least 10 people and putting new strains on the Palestinian "unity" government in which both parties participate.

"The fighting erupted after a disagreement on Thursday over how to implement a new plan for improving security on Gaza's streets. Fatah, which dominates the security forces in the Palestinian Authority, deployed a few thousand men without coordinating the move with Hamas â;; or with the government's Interior Minister, Hani al-Qawasmeh, who has threatened to resign.

The Executive Force, a parallel police force organized by Hamas to rival the Fatah-dominated security forces, did not take part."

Any other country which had rockets fired at their cities from a beligerent people would take punitive action against the government which sanctioned the rocket fire. The fact that Israel has not leveled the Gaza strip, including Gaza City is to their credit. No other country would take the abuse that Israel has taken from Hamas and the other terrorist groups lying in wait on the borders. During WWII, after the blitz bombing of London, the Allies leveled Dresden to the ground. They didn't care about collateral damage. They cared about one thing and one thing only, stopping the war.

Elliot Abrams, a long-standing neoconservative, well-known Greater Israel Zionist and currently Deputy National Security Advisor, is reportedly behind not only the current violence between Hamas and Fatah, particularly the fighting in the Gaza, but also the violence in Lebanon.

Abbas was enthusiastic about the merger of Fatah and Hamas. He has always favored negotiation and cooperation.

Mohammed Dahlan, by contrast, is a warlord. He gets arms and money from Elliot Abrams. Whenever Fatah and Hamas get too cozy, Dahlan sends out his thugs to kill fellow Palestinians, thus increasing tensions again.

When asked why the administration would be acting in a way that appears to run counter to US interests, "the fear of Hezbollah in Washington, particularly in the White House, is acute."

As a result, the Bush administration is no longer acting rationally in its policy.

In retrospect, you missed the boat on this one, entirely.

Actually, this is pretty funny, since this story is so dated that it's more or less all over but the clean up at this point. Wait for the next headline story: JAPAN SURRENDERS.

I can't wait until Israel finally steps in and handles things. For far too long have these terror groups been allowed to kill at will. You would think that no matter how much you hate the Jews, when these anti-Isarel groups start killing your own children, you would make a stand.

At least there's not a picture of Rosie O'Donnell with her mouth open that we've had to look at for a month and a half.

I am not very religious, but my life is an example of good living.

Is it true that it was prophesied that at the end of Time, certain regions of the earth will produce Beasts ?

Can Someone confirm this Prophesy ?

I thought unity meant to live together peacefully!

Fighting can be summed up with two words - big egos.
