Marine resource management should be given another favorable attention to rehabilitate our degrading coastal parks and reserves. This is to augment the economic status of the rapidly growing population particularly the population on the nearby shores.

Its a very nice idea to have artificial habitat for fish especially those in areas where there's illegal fishing.
