HMMMM They forgot to start this out with "once upon a time" coz to be honest, I don't believe it...not a mac user , only apple thing I have is an Iphone, and unfortunately have had to take it into an apple store on 3 occasions. Replaced no questions asked, the last time. I have found their customer service to be OUTSTANDING, infact the next puter I get will probably be from them.

If you think this is bad, try calling Dell.

That was a good story. Even rude salespeople are human beings, believe it or not. It's easy to forget that.

I'm a MAC person. Love their machines. Had to have them to do graphics for publications. But sales clerks are similar where ever you encounter them. Some are intelligent, some are stupid, some are helpful, some are snotty...you get my point?

Man, you really went the extra mile for the story. I thought the middle was the end, but actually tracked the guy down for some insights. Little weird, but nice going.
