Sedona method is a powerful tool to creating freedom as you rightly put it. Hale Dwoskin did a fantastic job. I remember it was in 2003 when I first came accross the book on Sedona Method and I felt an energy release after doing the exercises. My financial situation in that week improved.

This method is interesting. The energy releases seem to be powerful. I wonder how much it works if for people who have strong beliefs in opposition to what they want and they don't know about it. There is a course called The Choice Is Mine that discusses how to discover these kind of beliefs and then change them so they don't hold you back at
