Maybe you should stick to pretending to know about Canadian politics, because you sure don't know squat about the U.S.

Clinton agreed and refused to sign it..those are your words lips, only they are wrong
And never mind that Al Gore was the U.S. representative at the Kyoto Conference and nixed the idea of having the U.S. sign on....and here are more wrong words by you because all you have to do is read the above..
