I especially enjoyed the introduction that Alan submitted by John Oliva!
This life lesson is so true. We can't let the shadow of one's negative spikes destroy our lives! We must expel them and allow only positive emotions and vibes in. Alan's message is clear and well summarized. The positive and goodness that is within us, will be realized by those deserving and honest friends and we will shine through on the outside like a gem! The world has changed and we will continue to see and experience more change. It's frightening to hear and see the end results of those deceitful and two-faced individuals who call us their friends! Keep building those positive emotions and life will become a beautiful journey. Keep up the impressive work....your words are persuasive!
