Entertaining, smart piece by novelist, Valerie Block, on local recycling rules maybe gone a "little" too far?It's satire, an "imagined" public notice from local gov't. But anybody whose town sometimes gets a bit demanding & specific on how we must prepare our recycled goods will probably enjoy or "get" this one...
