Whether or not it is a day spa I think that we need this facility. I do not think in anyway it would be wise. As mentioned in the article moving terrorists into the American prison system would just be a great target for another terrorist to strike there, then they would both be considered martyrs. I think keeping them out of the country. I my view if they have been found participating in terrorist activities that they do not exactly deserve the current "day spa" we are offering them know.

And what if the US has been engaging in terrorist activities? Where do we imprison them?

There's a reason the supreme court found that these prisoners have the right of a writ of habeus corpus. There's a reason it's ruled three times against Bush's unitary executive claims.

Torture is torture no matter what the 'justification.'

Well, let her spend six years there under the same conditions as anyone else there...no hope of getting out, no family visitors, no charges for her detention etc etc etc...and let her then write about how that place isn't all that bad.

That is the Bush Administration & Republican version. Why not let some of the detainees to speak on national TV about the "TORTURE CHAMBER".

If you water board someone, it is not a SPA but a DEATH CHAMBER.

That's right nikkibabe. Spout in ignorance when someone who has been there says what it is like. After all if they disagree with your preconceptions they must be lying.
