People who are pathological liars are people who are amoral and have no conscience. They only care about themselves and their agendas, and they care NOT about what happens to anyone else. They do whatever it takes to satisfy their "wants" regardless of the consequences to anyone else.
Those types of people are also evil.
That is Bush and Cheney and Rice and Rumsfeld.
