The Bush administration has found yet another way to waste taxpayer money while providing huge sums to private contractors. According to a survey of activities in 2007 by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, about a third of the federal professional intelligence workforce now consists of contractors, mostly in the Washington, DC area.

    More of the Republican welfare for the rich program.

    During the past seven-plus years of Republican control Federal spending has gone up dramatically, with most of the expense to be paid by the yet unborn.

    Increasing the wealth of the already rich at the expense of the unborn is a good moral choice to make? Being an Atheist, I sometimes find the morals held by supposed Christians perplexing.

    Personally, I'll take the Democratic approach of tax and spend over the Republican approach of incurring huge dept and printing huge amounts of new money so as to spend spend spend.
